Domestic Cleaning Services
A domestic clean with Shores will provide you with a professional, bespoke package that is right for you, your property and above all value for money. Whether you’re looking for a regular clean, daily, weekly or monthly, we can tailor make any package to suit your needs and for convenience can be in and out whilst you're at work or away on holiday. Also, you can have peace of mind that all our cleaners have full public liability insurance and up to date DBS background checks. All regular cleans will be carried out by the same person every time, this will be to ensure they get to know you and your home. We will always visit you before any work is carried out on an interview basis, this is to ensure you get to meet your regular cleaner.
End Of Tenancy & New Builds
Our professional start and end of tenancy cleaning is ideal for both landlord and tenant, following a strict checklist the Shores team will ensure that the property is prepared to the highest standard.
We can also report back to landlords/estate agents should there be a discrepancy between tenant and landlord, we can provide evidence to suit either. Or for any of those sensitive house moves, if your loved ones have departed, we can sensitively clean and restore the home without your involvement and help make it a little easier for you. Commercial Cleaning Services

Whether you want a one off clean, a regular clean or good blitz for those all important clients, we can take care of all your cleaning needs, we will ensure that you have the same cleaner each time, to ensure they get to know your business and of course your expectations. Holiday Home Cleaning Services Changeovers & Mid Stay Cleaning
Our fully bespoke holiday home changeovers are designed to provide you with the best possible service when it comes to keeping your holiday home or let clean, refreshed and ready for your new guests to arrive. Our cleaners will carefully look into every detail to ensure it looks it’s best and arranged to the highest standard.
Should your guests be staying for 14 nights or more, we can refresh the property with a mid stay clean, fresh linens and towels. We can also check the property inventories are correct and manage any smaller maintenance jobs that can be carried out there and then, such as changes to light bulbs etc. We can also provide a full report of anything that is required such as meter readings, repairs and replacements. Holiday Property Management
Shores cleaning services offer property management solutions for your holiday let. Here at Shores, we understand a lot of property owners don't live in the area and it can be difficult for them to manage their properties efficiently.
Shores offer booking management services; we can secure bookings for your property and liaise with the clients pre and post visit to ensure they have everything they need to make their stay perfect.
Shores cleaning services has an 'on call' service for your guests and has a dedicated team of contractors on hand for any maintenance, gardening, plumbing or electrical needs.
Welcome packs and Laundry services are also available. When your property is empty we can do regular check in's to ensure all is well. You really don't have to do anything! We have it all covered.
